蜂胶对运动小鼠红细胞形态及脂质过氧化的保护

摘要 观察蜂胶对运动小鼠红细胞形态以及血浆自由基代谢的影响,研究蜂胶对运动过程中产生的氧化损伤的保护作用,为蜂胶在运动领域的应用提供实验依据。方法:昆明小鼠(KM)随机分为安静组(A)、安静蜂胶组(B)、训练组(C)、训练蜂胶组(D)。蜂胶组每天按45mg/kg体重灌服蜂胶液,其他组灌服等量饮用水,持续四周,训练组进行四周游泳训练。所有小鼠在最后一次游泳训练结束后次日摘眼球采血,观察红细胞形态、测定血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、红细胞Na+-K+-ATP酶及Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性。结果:(1)与安静组相比,单纯训练组小鼠红细胞畸形率、血浆MDA含量显著增高,血浆SOD活性、红细胞Na+-K+-ATP酶及Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性显著降低。(2)与安静组相比,安静蜂胶组红细胞畸形率降低但无显著性,血浆MDA含量显著下降,血浆SOD活性、红细胞Na+-K+-ATP酶及Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性显著升高。(3)与单纯训练组相比,训练蜂胶组的红细胞畸形率、血浆MDA含量显著下降,血浆SOD活性、红细胞Na+-K+-ATP酶及Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性显著升高。结论:蜂胶可以有效提高机体的抗氧化能力,减弱自由基对机体的损伤,对红细胞有一定的保护作用。 Objective: This paper observed the effect of propolis on red cell morphology and free radical metabolism,discussed the protection of propolis on red cell distortional and lipid peroxidation of trained mice.It will provide effective reference for sports field.Methods: KM mice were divided into 4 groups randomly: controy group (A), propolis group (13) ,training group (C) ,training and propolis simplement group (D).The training groups were swimmed 4 weeks,while the corresponding rats were administered with propolis. The indexes such as the Percentage of distortional red cell,plasma MDA,SOD,Na^+-K^+-ATP enzyme and Ca^2+-Mg^2+-ATP enzyme of red cell of rats were measured at next day after last training. Results: ( 1 ) After 4 weeks' training, the result showed that the percentage of distortional red cell and plasma MDA content in C group is significantly higher than A group, and plasma SOD, Na^+-K^+-ATP enzyme and Ca^2+-Mg^2+-ATP enzyme of red cell decreased significantly. (2) plasma MDA content in B group is lower than A group, and plasma SOD. Na^+-K^+-ATP enzyme and CaE^2+-Mg^2+-ATP enzyme of red cell increases significantly. There is no significant difference in percentage of distortional red cell. (3) After 4 weeks' administered with propolis, the percentage of distortional red cell and plasma MDA content in D group was significantly lower than C group,and plasma SOD, Na^+-K^+-ATP enzyme and Ca^2+-Mg^2+-ATP enzyme of red cell increased significantly. Conclusion: ( 1 ) The propolis can obviously improve the anti-oxidant ability of the organism, reduce the lipid peroxidation in body. (2) The propolis may reduce the increaseing of the percentage of distortional red cell caused by exercise ,which relate with antioxidant activity of propolis.
