摘要
妊娠高血压综合征的发病机制至今尚未明确 ,简要综述近年来文献资料 ,以期为临床预防和治疗提供有效的方法。妊娠高血压综合征是一种妊娠并发症 ,由多种因素引起 ,其发病不仅与血管内皮机能障碍、滋养细胞过度凋亡有关 ,还和遗传。
The pathogenesis of pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) syndrome is unclear now yet. In order to provide effective methods for clinical prevention and treatment of the disease, we searched for the latest literatures about this aspect. PIH is one kind of pregnancy complication which is caused by many agents, and development of the syndrome is associated not only with endothelial dysfunction, excessive apoptosis of trophoblastic cells, but also with heredity and immune inflammatory reaction.
