摘要
目的:了解肿瘤手术患者应用抗菌药物的现状,并评价其应用的合理性。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对369例肿瘤手术患者应用抗菌药物的不合理性进行分析。结果:本组病例抗菌药物应用不合理者占50.2％。主要表现为疗程过长,联合用药时的药物相互作用和重复用药等。结论:肿瘤手术患者预防性应用抗菌药物应按围术期给药方案进行,并尽量控制抗菌药物的联用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate current status of antibacterial usage in operative tumor patients and evaluate the rationality of the usage. METHODS: By retrospective study , the irrationality of antibacterial usage in 369 operative tumor patients were analyzed. RESULTS: The patients with irrational usage of antibacterials were 50.2%. The main manifestations were overlong course of treatment, drug interactions and repeat drug usage when combining usage of the drugs. CONCLUSION: Prophylactic usage of antibacterials in operative tumor patients should depend on medication project of perioperative period, and control combined usage of antibacterials as far as possible.
