摘要
本文探讨了小车自行式桥式卸船机的计算机辅助方案设计,建立了卸船机方案设计专家系统(EXPERT SYSTEM)。本系统用TURBO PROLOG语言实现了人工智能的应用。在设计各大机构和金属结构时,利用具有高效的数值分析能力的FORTRAN语言,编写了各个子模块,并通过TURBO PROLOG与FORTRAN的接口软件,连接了这两种不同风格的语言。最后,本系统还对卸船机的金属结构进行了有限元分析,使方案设计专家系统更为具体,并对分析结果作了后处理。本系统采用模块式结构,运用菜单技术,实现人机交互。整个系统采用了数据库技术,使系统内数据共享。
This paper makes an exporation of the computer-aided plandesign of port machines and develops a knowledge-based systom that helps the The application of artificial intelligence technique to this system is realised through the TURBO PROLOG language; the high calculating capacity of the FORTRAN Ianguage is taken full advantage of in the design of the mechanisms and metal structure. And an interface software is used to join the two different Ianguages. Moreover, a finite element analysis is adopted to make the results more reliable.
