摘要
菌株MY02为本实验室自蔬菜保护地土壤中分离获得的一株链霉菌菌株熏该菌株对多种植物病原菌的抑菌活性较好,菌株MY02在菌丝培养液中的对数生长期为50~55h。培养基中加入0.5%~1%的甘氨酸可以提高菌丝体对溶菌酶的敏感度,25%的蔗糖浓度即可保证形成一定量的菌丝,又可使菌丝的分散程度较好,有利于原生质体的释放;对数生长后期的菌丝体形成原生质体的速度与初期、静止期差别不显著。在35℃水浴条件下,菌株MY02最佳溶菌酶浓度为2mg·mL-1,形成每毫升超过107个原生质体的时间30min。
Isolates MY02 showed antagonism against pathogenic fungus such as Fulvia fulva?熏 Botrytis cinerea and so on. Logarithmic phase of MY02 growing in mycelium culture medium is 50~55h. Sensitivity of mycelium growing in culture medium including 0.5~1% glycine are increased. And mycelium growing in culture medium including 25% saccharose not only be better to growing but also to separating of mycelium. When concentration of bacteriolysis enzyme is 2mg/ml?熏 the time for protoplast releasing of MY02 to 107/ml is 30min at 35℃.
