摘要
报道了土味链霉菌３３９菌株的发酵液、孢子粉、菌丝粉和上清液对蚊幼虫的毒力试验．结果表明３３９菌株对蚊幼虫有较强的毒杀作用，４８ｈ感染死亡率明显高于２４ｈ感染死亡率，说明３３９菌株对蚊幼虫的毒杀作用是以慢性中毒为主．灭蚊的有效成分主要存在于孢子和菌丝内，上清液基本无毒．
This paper reports tests for the toxicity of fermentation liquid, spores,hyphae and clear liquid of the No. 339 to the larvae of mosqutoes. The results showthe toxicity of the NO.339 to the larvae is rather strong. The effective ingredient ismainly present in the spores and the hyphae. The clear liquid shows nopoisenonsness.
