摘要
城市社区体育建设不仅是当前我国城市管理体制改革的重要内容 ,而且也是现代化社会发展要素之一环。本文就我国城市社区体育的概念及其内涵、社区体育的特点、社区体育建设的目标及其实施步骤等方面问题做出了初步的理论分析 ,指出我国城市社区体育建设对现代化社会发展的重要意义 ,阐述了以人为本的我国城市社区体育建设原则及其具体目标内涵 ,并基于我国当前城市社区体育发展现状提出分段建设、循序渐进的城市社区体育建设方针与步骤。
Urban community sports construction is both one important part of the present reform in China city management system and one significant aspect in modern social development. This article primarily investigates the concept and connotation, characteristic, significance, goal and procedure of Chinese urban community sports construction in theory, points out the great value Chinese of urban community sports construction to modem social development, elaborates the principle of humanism and its goals, and puts forward a step-by-step manner for urban community sports construction in accordance with current situations.
