摘要
现阶段社区体育建设的难点在于政府职能的转变、实现重心下移、体制上的接轨、多元化经费筹组等 ,并对突破上述难点提出了相应的政策性建设。从高标准要求 ,以及全面加入世贸后的形势要求 ,下一阶段社区体育建设的难点将是实现 5项内涵的实体化发展方向。
The difficulties in current sports community development are the realization of the transition of government's function, the materialization of government's focus on community sports development and multiple funding on community sports development and the corresponding policymaking suggestions were made; and that the difficulty of the next few years after China's accession of WTO is the embodiment of 5 basics of community sports development.
