摘要
采用水热法,在430℃、40MPa的压力下合成出了纯刚玉晶体。在相同的条件下,通过掺入Ti(OH)4合成了掺钛刚玉晶体。掺Ti刚玉晶体具有较为复杂的形状,只有少数晶体呈现六棱柱形,多数晶体呈现不规则形状,晶体表面没有出现类似α Al2O3晶体的粗糙生长条纹,而是呈现出光滑的表面。通过电子探针分析表明,同一条件下合成的晶体的钛含量也不相同,最大含量为0.27%质量分数。
The pure α-Al_2O_3 crystal was synthesized by hydrothermal method at 430℃ and 40 MPa. The Ti doped α-Al_2 O_3 was synthesized by doping Ti(OH)_4 in the precursors at the same condition. The shape of Ti doped α-Al_2O_3 crystals is complex, only a few are hexagonal prism. The surface of crystal is smooth, without coarse growing stripe as pure α-Al_2O_3 crystals. The titanium content of crystal was obtained by electron-probe microanalysis (EPMA). The measure results show that the TiO_2 concentration in various crystals synthesized at the same condition is different. The maximal TiO_2 concentration in α-Al_2O_3 crystals is 0.27 wt%.
