摘要
本文提出一个简便易行的分析方法,用1粒稻米既可测出其中的直链淀粉含量,还可用以繁种,便于在育种早代选择优良个体、提高效率,加快进程。用本方法测得的直链淀粉含量与用中华人民共和国国标法GB_(7648-87),测得的结果经t检验,差异不显著。利用本法分析了F_1代种子及其亲本的直链淀粉含量,结果表明,在非糯品种与糯稻品种的两个杂交组合中,非糯品种的直链淀粉含量对糯稻品种表现为显性,受单一显性基因控制,并存在基因剂量效应。
A simple, half grain method was suggested for analyzing the amylose content ofrice grains without destroying the embryos. By using this method, selection for desira-ble individuals from segregating populations could be carried out in early generationsand the breeding, process could be shortened. Result of t--test indicated that theamylose content determined by the half grain method was quite similar to those bythe standard method. The amylose content of the grains of the F_1's and parents of 2 crosses wasstudied. The results indicated that the high AC of the non-glutinous rice was dominantover the low AC of the glutinous rice varieties, and the high AC character wascontrolled by a single dominant gene with dosage effect.
