灌浆期气温的分布对稻米直链淀粉累积效应的初步研究 被引量:23

摘要 本研究表明水稻品种不同,直链淀粉累积所要求的灌浆期最适温度也不同,大致上是籼稻高于粳稻。灌浆结实期的温度与最适气温偏差越小,越有利于直链淀粉的累积。研究还表明:灌浆前期的温度状况与稻米直链淀粉累积的关系较为密切。并建议把水稻灌浆前期的温度状况作为评价水稻直链淀粉累积气温适宜与否的指标。 This study shows that different rice varieties require different optimum air temperature for the accumulation of amylose at the filling stage of rice. In genera the optimum air temperature required by hesien rice varieties is higher than that of keng rice varieties. The smaller the difference of the air temperature and the optimum air temperature at the filling stage is, the more amylose accumulates. The study also shows that air temperature in rice prefilling stage has a closer relationship with amylose accumulation. It is suggested that the air temperature condition at the prefilling stage of rice can be used as an index for evaluating whether the air temperature is optimal to the amylose accumulation.
