摘要
对载金炭无氰解吸工艺进行了研究;对解吸剂的组成、解吸方法、温度、时间以及解吸剂用量等工艺条件进行了系统试验。在取得较佳解吸条件后进行了扩大试验。试验获得满意结果,金解吸率达到98%以上,工艺运行顺畅,为在工业上推广使用提供了参考依据。
A technological process for stripping gold from gold-loaded charcoal using cyanide-free strippant——alkaline alcohol solution is presented. Systematic lab tests were performed on the strippant composition and consumption, stripping manner, temperature, duration and so on. Based on the lab test results, a commercial test was conducted employing a set of optimized parameters, showing satisfactory results that 98% of gold was desorbed off the loaded charcoal and over 90% of alcohol could be recovered and reused, while smooth process operation was maintained. The stripping process will provide the reference basis for commercial production.
