摘要
目的 评估上颌骨骨缺损钛网修复的可靠性及其优越性。方法 对 14例上颌骨上颌窦前壁粉碎性骨折缺损行钛网成形修复固定。结果 14例患者骨折均达到Ⅰ期愈合。咬合关系基本恢复 ,外形满意。结论 上颌骨骨折伴缺损行钛网修复内固定 ,疗效确切。钛网能随意修建成形 ,恢复上颌骨的基本形态 ,较普通小型钛板有明显的优越性。
Objective To evaluate the reliability and superiority of the titanium mesh for maxillary defect restoration. Methods Since 2000, we have performed 14 cases of reconstruction and fixation for maxillary comminuted fracture and defect with titanium meshes. Results 14 cases had the primary healing of fracture. The jaw relation had almost been restored. And the contour was satisfying. Conclusion The use of titanium meshes for the achievement of the restoration and internal fixation for maxillary fracture and defect was an ideal and practical method. It had a satisfactory recovery for both contour and function. Compared with the small ordinal titanium plate, the titanium mesh was easier to take shape and better to restore maxillary shape.
