摘要
目的探讨腭骨骨折的临床分型及治疗方法。方法通过回顾分析94例腭部骨折,根据临床表现并结合文献对腭骨骨折分为三型,分别对每一型腭部骨折进行治疗探讨。其中观察、保守治疗41例,手术切开复位内固定53例。结果本组资料中所有病例均一期愈合,咬合关系恢复正常,未出现术后植入物外露、口鼻瘘等并发症。结论采用不同形式的复位方法治疗不同类型的腭部骨折,能进一步恢复患者的面部外形及咬合功能,固定可靠。
Objective To discuss the clinical classification and treatment of palatal fractures. Methods Based on the review and analysis of 94 cases of palatal fractures, palatal fractures were classified into three types according to clinical manifestation and relevant literatures. And the treatment of each type of palatal fractures was discussed. Among the cases observed, 41 cases received conservative treatment, and 53 cases received surgical operation and rigid internal fixation. Results All of the incisions were primarily healed. The occlusion was normal, without complications such as implant reveal and stillicidium narium. Conclusion Different types of palatal fractures could he replaced in different ways, reliably restoring the facial shape and occlusion of the patients.
