摘要
通过论述新世纪高校图书馆以人为本的管理理念 ,指出在现代化图书馆管理中 ,应重视人才的教育、培养和使用 ,创建以人为本的管理机制 。
By stating the administrative idea of people oriented in the library of colleges and universitiesin the new century,it points out that modern library management should stress the education,culture and employment of person with ability, set up people oriented mechanism and construct people oriented library culture.
