摘要
结合工作实践,综合介绍了蜘蛛和蚕丝素蛋白溶液形成液晶的三种观点Viney等认为是丝素球状分子通过线性聚集成棒状结构而形成液晶;Magoshi等认为是在剪切力等的作用下,丝素分子通过采取β折叠构像而产生液晶现象;于同隐等则认为是随着溶液浓度的增加,丝素分子由无规线团逐渐变成接近β折叠片的结构而产生液晶现象。
Combined with our own work, three different viewpoints of liquid crystalline forming mechanism of silk fibroin solution were summarized. Viney thinks that liquid crystalline fluid is formed when globular fibroin molecules aggregate into rod-like structures, Magoshi presumes that it is formed by shear stress, but professor Yu assumes that it is formed with the increase of solution concentration.
