摘要 目的评价DSA在脑血管造影中的应用及其临床价值。方法回顾分析采用Seldinger技术脑血管造影64例,就其影像学表现并结合文献加以总结。结果64例中,脑血管造影未见异常26例,占40.63%;动脉瘤30例,占46.88%;动静脉畸形7例,占10.93%;颈内动脉海绵窦瘘1例,占1.56%。结论数字减影脑血管造影其定位、定性准确率高、图像清晰,在神经介入诊断和治疗中具有重要的临床价值。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods Findings of 64 patients with cerbrovascular disease on DSA performed by using Seldinger′s technique were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among all 64 patients,no abnormality was revealed on DSA of 26 cases(40.63 %),intracranial aneurysm was found in 30 cases (46.88 %),arteriovenous malformation in 7 cases (10.93 %),and cavernous sinus fistula of internal carotid artery in 1 case (1.56 %).Conclusion DSA has high accuracy in the localized and qualitative diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases and its images are clear so that it has important value for performing neuro-interventional diagnosis and therapy.
