摘要
目的探讨烟雾病患者经股动脉穿刺全脑血管造影(DSA)术后护理经验。方法对6例烟雾病DSA术后患者,根据其临床表现及心理特征,制定相应的观察项目,采取针对性的护理措施。结果经精心护理,6例患者全部痊愈出院。结论术后护理是DSA检查的重要组成部分,严密细致的病情观察,耐心周到的生活护理和基础护理,安全有效的用药护理,体贴入微的心理护理是DSA术后护理的关键。正确的护理方法能有效降低术后并发症发生,提高术后安全性,帮助患者早日康复。
Objective To investigate the nursing experience of moyamoya disease patients after surgery of digital subtraction angiography（DSA）.Methods According to clinical manifesta-tions and psychological characteristics of the six patients after surgery of DSA,we observed their vi-tal signs and other signs intensively,and took proper nursing measures.Results After careful nursing,all the patients were discharged with recovery.Conclusion Postoperative nursing is an important component of DSA examination.Careful observation of the progression of disease,patient and thoughtful nursing,safe and effective medication management,and considerate psychological nursing are essential to postoperative nursing of DSA surgery.Proper nursing methods can effective-ly decrease complications and improve safety,thus helping patients attain early recovery.
