摘要
主要介绍采用经皮穿刺椎间盘摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的指征、手术器械、操做方法、临床效果及并发症预防。1990年8～12月,我们用该方法治疗15例腰椎间盘突出症,病程最长9年,最短3个月,随访10～12个月,12例效果满意,无一例发生并发症。对用该方法治疗失败病例,经开放手术证实2例伴侧隐窝狭窄,1例椎间盘突破后纵韧带与神经根粘连。作者体会只要严格掌握指征,经皮穿刺椎间盘摘除术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法之一。
This paper presents indication,contraindieation,instruments,tech-nique,clinic results,complicationprecaution of using percutaneous dis-cectomy in the treatment of lumbardisc herniations,from August toOctober 1990,15 cases with provenlumbar disc herniation were treatedby percutaneous discectomy.Follow-up period of twelve and ten months,twelve of 15 partients were relieveof their symptoms and any complica-tion did not occur.the operationwas performed under local anesthesia.There were thirteen male and twofemale Patients,with an age of 20-42 years.Thirteen cases were at L_4-L_5,two at L_5-S_1.Three of whomsubsequently required an open proce-dure,2 patients had lateral recessstenosis,1 had free fragments.Auth-ors believe that percutaneous discec-tomy is a effective method for treat-ment disc herniation.
