摘要
本文报告48例腰椎间盘突出症,使用自行研制的切割器械经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切吸术,术后随访3个月至2年,优良率为87.5％。并讨论了该手术的适应证、禁忌证、并发症及器械构造特点。认为遵循操作规则,使用锥形扩张器,严格选择病例,该手术是安全、可行的。
This article reported 48 cases of lumbar intervertebral discs herniation treated with percutaneous lumbar diskectomy using the authors home prepared appliance.48 cases were followed up from 3 months to 2 years. 87. 5% of the cases were excellent and good. Indications,contraindications,complications of the operation and appliance's distinguishing feature are discussed.The authors considered that completly following the operating rules,Using cone-shapdilator,strictly choosing cases,this method was safe and feasible.
