利咽口服液对实验性慢性咽炎模型动物的血液流变学的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨利咽口服液对慢性咽炎模型动物的血液流变学的影响。方法 采用氨水和松节油复合因素在日本大耳白兔咽部直接塑造慢性咽炎模型并测定该模型及服用利咽口服液动物模型的血液流变学指标,比较其变化。结果 慢性咽炎病理模型的血液呈粘、浓、聚状态,而利咽口服液能够明显地改善慢性咽炎兔血液的这一状态,与模型组比较有统计学意义。尤以中、高剂量组明显。结论 利咽口服液的治疗作用之一,可能是通过改善微血管状态与改善血液流变学来实现的。 Objective To observe the effects of Liyan Oral Liquid (LOL) on the hemorrheology of animal models with chronic pharyngitis. Methods The animal model of chronic pharyngitis was prepared with ammonia water and turpentine oildirectly among japonic flap-eared white rabbits. Then, the indexes of hemorrheology were determined before and after LOL given and the results were compared in this way. Results The modeling animals were seen with such a stutas of whole blood in higher viscosity, concentration and aggregation. When LOL was used to the modeling animals, the indexes of hemorrheology were significantly improved among them, especially when used in medium and large dosages. Conclusion One of the therapeutic effects of LOL may be brought about by improving the functional status of microvessels and rheological properties of blood.
