摘要
目的观察疏肝利咽合剂加针刺治疗咽异感症的疗效及对患者血液流变学的影响。方法150例咽异感症患者分为两组,治疗组口服疏肝利咽合剂加针刺梅核气点;对照组口服常规西药;治疗前后测定血液流变学指标并进行比较。结果治疗组与对照组有效率比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),治疗前后血液流变学指标改变具有统计学意义。结论疏肝利咽合剂加针刺治疗咽异感症的机理之一,可能是通过改变血液流变学特性而实现的。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of a combined therapy with Liver- Coursing Throat-Disinhibiting Mixture （LCTDM） and acupuncture on the eases with Pharyngeal paraesthesia and the effect of this therapy on hemorrheology of these eases. Methods One hundred and fifty eases with pharyngeal paraesthesia were divided into two groups at first, Then, the patients in treating group （TG） were treated by the combined therapy with Liver-Coursing Throat-Disinhibiting Mixture orally taken and acupuncture to the point of Meiheqi, and those in controlling group （CG） were treated only by orally taken routine drugs. The indexes of hemorrheology were determined before and after the therapy and compared with each other between the 2 groups. Results The effective rate was significantly higher in TG than that in CG, with very significant difference between the 2 groups （P 〈 0.01）. Moreover, improving in hemorrheology was also very obvious, with statistically significant difference before and after the therapy. Conclusions Many mechanisms may be responsible for the therapeutic effect of the combined therapy with LCTDM and acupuncture on pharyngeal paraesthesia. One of them should be that by improving hemorrheology of these cases to bring about more ideal therapeutic effect.
