摘要
Si_3N_4陶瓷与金属连接技术目前正处于基础性研究和实验室研究阶段,本文概述了近年来有关Si_3N_4陶瓷与金属连接的几种方法、原理及其工艺特点,包括活性金属钎焊法、玻璃相连接剂连接、固相扩散连接和部分瞬间液相连接等方法。
Technique of bonding Si_3N_4 ceramic with metal is now in the basic and experimental study. In this article, several new methods, principles and the craft features of bonding Si_3N_4 ceramic with metal are introduced, including reactive metal braze-welding, joining with glass reagent, solid diffusion joining and partial transient liquid-phase bonding.
