摘要
目的 筛选适合分离纯化山楂总黄酮的大孔吸附树脂并确立纯化工艺参数。方法 以对总黄酮的吸附率、解吸附率及吸附速率为考察指标 ,采用D10 1、DM3 0 1、AB 8、SP82 5 4种型号大孔吸附树脂对山楂总黄酮进行纯化。结果 4种大孔吸附树脂对山楂中总黄酮的静态吸附量 :D10 1≥AB 8>DM3 0 1>SP82 5 ,其解吸附率 :AB 8>DM3 0 1>D10 1>SP82 5 ,其吸附速率 :AB 8>DM3 0 1≥D10 1>SP82 5。在所选的树脂中 ,D10 1、AB 8、DM3 0 1的静态吸附量较大 ,每 1g树脂吸附 95mg以上的总黄酮 ,而且树脂的解吸附率均在 70 %以上。 结论 在所选树脂中以AB 8吸附与洗脱效果最佳。
Objective To screen the suitable resin to separate and purify the total flavones from Fructus crataegus and to establish the optimum technological parameters of purification.Methods D101, DM301, AB 8, SP825 types of macroreticular resin were used to separate and purify total flavones.Results The static adsorption capacity of the four types of macroreticular resin was D 101 ≥AB 8>DM 301 >SP825, and the static elution ratio was AB 8>DM 301 >D 101 >SP825, and the adsorption ratio was AB 8>DM 301 ≥D 101 >SP825. In these types of macroreticular resin, the static adsorption capacity of D 101 , DM 301 , AB 8 was more than 95 mg/g, and their elution ratio was over 70 %. Conclusion The AB 8 type of macroreticular resin showed the better comprehensive property and could be used to separate and purify the total flavones from Fructus crataegi.
