摘要
对Ishibashi-Orihara无规成核型铁电薄膜的极化反转理论的反转面积比Q(t)公式做了处理,给出了其中被积函数指数部分的解析表达式,使得极化反转电流数值计算速度大为提高。
The formula of Q(t), ratio of domain-reversed area to the ferroelectric thin-film in Ishibash-Orihara's theory for a finite ferroelectric thin-film of random nucleation category, is manipulated by providing the analytical expression for the integral in the exponential function of Q(t). Efficiency of computation is improved greatly.
