铁电开关的尺寸效应

摘要 将Orihara-ishibashi铁电体统计理论用于三维立方铁电体,求出立方铁电畴反转过程中的反转体积比Q(t)和与开关电流相关的反转速率dQ/dt的表达式,并对不同系统尺寸作了数值计算.结果表明,开关电流随系统尺寸l变小而下降,在一定尺寸范围内(l<0.75),开关时间也随l减小而下降。 The Orihara-Ishibashi theory of finite ferroelectric system is applied to the cubic ferro-electrics. The expressions of the ratio of the reversed domain volume to the system volume Q(t) and the reversal rate dQ/dt which is closely related to the switching current, are given for cubic domain reversals. Computations indicate that the switching current drops with the size of the ferroelectric system, and in a certain range of l(l<0. 75), the switching time also decreases with l.
