介绍国内外特戊酸生产及技术概况,并对国内传统工艺进行了改进。新工艺的催化剂单耗仅为传统工艺的20％,特戊酸收率从74％提高到80％(摩尔收率,以异丁烯计),产品质量也有了很大提高。
Production and technology of pivalic acid were introduced, and the internal conventional technology was
improved. The unit cost of catalyst of the new technology is only 20 per cent of the conventional technology, the yield of
pivalic acid was increased from 74% to 80% (mol, Isobutene calculated), the quality of production was also improved.
