摘要
针对原造气系统存在的产气量低、原料消耗高、操作繁杂等问题,采取改变造气用原料及操作工艺条件、富氧连续气化、型煤与块煤掺烧等改造措施。改造后,使合成氨生产原料得到充分利用,降低了合成氨生产成本,提高了企业经济效益。
In view of the problems existing in the original gasification system, i. e. , low quantity of gas generated, high consumption of feedstocks and complicated operation, renovation measures are taken, such as change of feedstocks for gasification and operating process conditions, continuous gasification with oxygen-enriched air, and blending of mold coal with lump coal in burning. After the renovation, the feedstocks for the production of ammonia are fully utilized, thereby lowering the production cost of ammonia and improving the economic benefit of the enterprise.
