摘要
分析了流体动力润滑的基本机理以及形成条件。采用计算流体力学 (CFD)软件对收敛楔形间隙中流体的稳态、一元流动进行了数值模拟 ,得到了间隙中流体膜的压力分布和速度分布。数值模拟与解析计算的结果基本吻合 。
The mechanism and formation qualifications of fluid dynamics lubrication were analyzed. Using the software of computational fluid dynamics (CFD), the steady, one-dimensional flow in convergent wedgelike gap was numerically simulated. The distribution of pressure and velocity of the flow membrane were obtained. The results of numerical simulation are in good agreement with that by analytical calculation, which indicates the reasonability of the numerical simulation method.
