摘要
本文介绍了将通用的大型结构有限元程序ADINA和ADINAT用于水轮发电机推力轴承的热传导及瓦变形计算的方法;通过将大型程序与自编的润滑程序相连接,实现了对推力轴承更接近实际的热弹流数值模拟。根据计算与实测的比较,分析了方法的可行性及某些边界参数对计算结果的影响。
This paper presents a method for calculating the conduction and
deformation of the thrust bearing in hydraulic generator in which the
structure finite-element programs ADINA and ADINAT are used. By
linking the structure programs and the lubrication computing programs,
a thremoelasto-hydrodynamics numerical simulation of thrust bearing
was realized, which was more closer to real condition. According
to the comparison between the calculation and the experiment, the relia-
bility of this method and some influence of boundary condition on the
computing result were analysed.
