摘要
目的 为了获取甲状腺恶性肿块血流灌注的立体结构。方法 应用三维彩色能量图 (3D- CPA)检查甲状腺肿块 5 1例。结果 甲状腺癌 3D- CPA瘤体血流灌注呈紊乱的“树枝状”,“树枝”可见节段性增粗现象 ,较易确定瘤体的空间位置关系、血供来源、和正常腺体的关系。结论 3D-
Objective To obtain stereoscopic structure of blood stream perfusion in thyroid malignant tumor.Methods Fifty one patients with thyroid malignant tumors were examined with three dimensioal color power angiography(3D CPA).Results Blood stream perfusion in thyroid malignant tumors revealed as branched like appearance.Segmental thickness could be found in the branched portions It was easy to define the tumor location,blood supply origin and its space occupying relation to the normal gland on 3D CPA.Conclusions 3D CPA contributes to quanlitative diagnosis and to define the located demarkation of the thyroid malignant tumor.
