摘要
从研究大学生权利的性质、内容入手,分析了我国大学生权利的保护现状及原因,并提出了立法建议与对策构想,为缓解高校与学生之间的矛盾和压力提供一些可行的做法。
Students are a weak group.Their rights are often infringed upon.So,the protection of law on students' rights should be paid great attention to.The paper starts with the nature and the content of students' rights.It analyses the situation of students' rights and reasons,offers proposals for making laws.It also attempts about the contradictory between students and universities.
