摘要
备件管理是设备管理的一项重要内容,与运行管理和检修管理一起被称为设备管理的3大支柱。综合阐述了备件分类,分析了备件供应模式分类,在提出了备件库存三维度要素概念的基础上分析了备件库存的管理模式,最后给出了不同备件分类下的备件控制策略。
The management of spare parts is an important task of equipment management.Efficient inventory plan and design will save large amounts of money.The classificatoins of spare parts are discussed in this article.Distinct supply and inventory control modes for different types of spare parts are analyzed.
