摘要
设备维修备件的采购管理中需要解决的一个问题是:与专用备件相比,通用备件的采购规模往往较多地受采购经费的限制,无法达到其年度的平均需求量。通过引入备件的重要度系数,建立了含重要度系数的设备维修通用备件采购数量分配决策模型,根据备件的重要度进行维修通用备件的采购。通过实证分析说明了该模型可以用来进行定量分析,这种决策方法对采购作业可以起到一定的指导作用。
One of the problems to be solved in the management of equipment maintain spare parts is the purchase, for general spare parts have their peculiarities, compared with the specified spare parts, as a result of procurement funding, it weakens the procurement scale, the general spare parts are unable to meet the average equipment maintenance spare parts demand for the year. The paper establishes a purchase quantity allocation decisions model for general spare parts by introducing the importance degree coefficient. Finally the paper shows a case of this theory to explain its function. It is thought to be of some guidance for purchasing.
