摘要
研制了一种适于水平井的快速弱凝胶钻井液体系 ,它具有独特的流变性 ,在低剪切速率下具有极高的粘度 ,切力与时间无依赖性 ,抗温 ,抗盐 ,呈现出优异的悬浮性、润滑性和抑制性 ,且滤失量小 ,形成的滤饼容易解除 ,储层损害小 ,岩心渗透率恢复值可达
A quick weak gelled drilling fluid is developed for horizontal well drilling, which has particular rheological properties, high viscosity under low shear rate without independence on shear force and time, capable of resisting temperature and salt with good suspensibility, lubricity and inhibiting ability, it has less filter loss, filter cake is easy to be released with little formation damage, the restoring value of core permeability is as high as 83%.
