大肠癌化学药物治疗进展
摘要
大肠癌是占中国恶性肿瘤发病率第5位的常见癌症.外科手术切除仍是当前大肠癌的主要治疗手段,可行手术切除的病例约占70%.根治术后33%病例会出现复发,近半数病例死于转移.因此化学药物治疗在大肠癌的治疗中占有十分重要的地位,既是以手术为主的综合治疗中的重要组成部分,也是不能手术切除的Dukes D期及术后复发、转移病例的主要治疗手段.
