摘要
目的 :探讨中老年甲亢性心脏病误诊原因分析。方法 :对 5 6例中老年甲亢性心脏病患者临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 :中老年甲亢性心脏病最易误诊为冠心病。误诊原因分析 :①患者就诊首发症状为心脏症状 ;②缺乏对房颤的病因的正确认识 ;③中老年人常伴有心脏病。结论 :中老年甲亢患者心血管症状表现多样、系统问诊、查体、正确分析病情、检测血促甲状腺素及甲状腺激素水平是避免误诊的关键。
Objective:To discuss the misdiagnostic causes in middle-aged patients with hyperthyroid cardiopathy.Methods:Fifty-six clinical data of middle-aged age patients with hyperthyroid cardiopathy were retrospectively reviewed.Results:Middle-old age patients with hyperthyroid cardiopathy were easily misdiagnosed coronary heart disease.To analyze the misdiagnostic causes:①The premonitory symptoms in patients were usually the cardiac symptoms;②The patients were lack of correct knowledge of the cause of atrial fibrillation;③Middle-aged people had often accompanyingly vitium cordis.Conclusion:The manifestations of cardiac symptoms in middle-aged patients with hyperthyroid cardiopathy are diversified,so it is the key to systematically inquisition,to examine patients' body,to correctly analyze patients' conditions and to investigate serum thyroid stimulatinghormone and thyroxine to avoiding misdiagnosis.
