摘要
目的分析中老年甲亢患者的心血管表现,探讨最佳的围手术期处理措施。方法对本院收治的100例中老年甲亢患者的病历资料进行分析,对患者的心血管表现、其处理措施以及术前、术中、术后的情况进行总结。结果 100例患者共有78(78%)例患者出现心血管异常表现。在围手术期,对患者首先采用传统方法加心得安加碘作为术前准备用药,对于治疗心律失常、高血压等效果明显。所有患者均没有出现甲状腺危象,也没有出现心脑血管意外状况,术后恢复情况良好。结论在围手术期医生需要对用药指征进行严格的把握,以尽量避免中老年患者出现心脑血管意外。
Objective Analyze the cardiovascular manifestations of elderly hyperthyroidism, explore the best measures in operation period. Methods Analyze 100 elderly hyperthyroidism patients＇ records and cardiovascular performance. Summarize their preoper- ative, intraoperative and postoperative situation. Results 78 patients have cardiovascular abnormalities. In operation period, using traditional method plusing propranolol plus iodine can be effective for the cure of cardiac arrhythmia and hypertension. All patients have no appearance of thyroid crisis, no cardio-cerebral vascular accidental condition and have good recovery. Conclusion In the operation period, doctors should strictly grasp the medication indications, so as to avoid cerebral vascular accident.
