摘要
目的 分离鉴定云南昆明产白花鬼针草 (Bidens pilosa L.)挥发油的化学成分。方法 用气相色谱 -质谱 (GC/ MS)联用技术 ,应用峰面积归一化法测定各组分的相对含量。结果 共鉴定出 39种化合物 ,占挥发油总量的 76 .4 % ,主要为长链脂肪烃及脂肪酸类。结论 白花鬼针草的挥发油成分也是活性成分或具有协同作用的成分。通过对其挥发油成分和含量的分析评价 ,为开发利用白花鬼针草资源提供科学依据。
Objective To dissociate and determine the chemical components of volatile oil from Bidens pilosa L. originated from Yunnan Province. Methods The chemical components of volatile oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectraphy (GC/MS), and their relative contents were determined by peak area normalization. Results Thirty-nine compounds were identified,which accounted for 76.4% of volatile oil, the major chemical components in the volatile oil were long chainhydrocarbon and fatty acid.Conclusion The volatile oil of Bidens pilosa L are also active or synergistic action components. By analyzing and evaluating it's volatile oil components and quantities,the scientific data can be provided for exploitation of Bidens pilosa L resources.
