摘要
鬼针草全草均可入药,具有解热、止泻、解毒和活血散瘀等功效,但由于其繁殖力惊人,已成为广东省危害最严重的入侵杂草之一。近年药理和临床研究结果表明,鬼针草具有抑菌、抗病毒、抗炎镇痛、保肝护肝、抗疟、抗氧化、降血糖和降血压等作用,故作者主要对鬼针草的化学成分及药理作用研究作一综述,以期为该药用植物的进一步研究开发和临床用药提供参考。
The whole plant of Bidens could be used in traditional Chinese medicine which possessed functions such as anti- pyretic, antidiarrhea, detoxification, promoting blood circulation, and dissipating blood stasis, etc. But due to its astonishing reproductive capacity, it became one of the invasive weeds in Guangdong province. Recent pharmacological and clinical resear- ches had proved that Bidens had pharmacological effects including antibacteria, antivirus, antiinflammation, antimalarial, an- tioxidation, antidiabetic and antihypertension, etc. In order to fully utilize this medical plant and the further researches,devel- opment and clinical application to provide the reference, the author would review the chemical composition, pharmacology of Bidens and its application in the stockbreeding.
