摘要
间接照应是语言学中一项较新的研究领域。在前人研究的基础上总结了间接照应的句法和语义特征,并在Halliday＆Hassan关于语篇照应的理论基础上,提出可从语篇世界的角度来理解和分析语篇间接照应这一问题。
Indirect anaphora is a relatively new field in recent linguistic research. On the basis of the previous researchers' findings, the present paper tries to summarize the features of indirect anaphora from the syntactic and semantic perspectives. Based on the theory of textual reference proposed by Halliday & Hassan, the author of this paper also touches upon the relationship between indirect anaphora and textual interpretation by proposing that the understanding of indirect anaphora in a text should involve the adoption of the concept 'discourse world'.
