摘要
本试验对肉仔鸡饲料中添加海南霉素的毒性反应及增重效应进行了研究。结果表明在肉仔鸡饲料中添加 5～ 2 0mg/kg的海南霉素 ,没有任何不良反应 ,可促进肉鸡生长 ,但未发现显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。 30～ 5 0mg/kg仅有抑制采食的作用 ,未发现其他毒副作用 。
The poisonous and promoting growth effects of Hainanmycin in feed for broiler were studied in this experiment. The Hainanmycin was added in feed with 5～20mg/kg. The result showed that it had no bad effect on health of broiler. It had the effect of promoting broiler growth,but it had no significance(P > 0.05 ). Hainanmycin had the effect of restraining eat feed with 30～50mg/kg in feed. The poisonous and side-effect was not discovered. All of this showed that Hainanmycin had smaller poisonous effect on broiler in feed.
