摘要
近年来由于收入分配差距持续扩大,使我国收入分配领域中的贫富差距、生产要素按贡献参与分配、部分先富与共同富裕的关系、效率与公平的关系等问题凸现,如何认识和处理这些问题,关系到我国改革和发展的大业,需要进行认真的探讨,寻求对策。
The shift from the planned economy to the socialist market economy represented a new historic breakthrough in reform and opening up and brought about entirely new prospects for China′s economic, political and cultural progress. However, with the sustained enlargement of the disparity in the income distribution domain in recent years, we must be clearly aware that there are still quite a few difficulties and problems in China′s income distribution, such as an excessive income gap, production factors participate in the distribution of income in accordance with their respective contributions, the relationship between encouraging part of the people to become rich first and the common prosperity, and the relationship between the efficiency and the equity, etc. How to understand and deal with these problems, are not only the problems in the domain of the income distribution, but also have a bearing on the future of China′s reforms and development. Bearing in mind the objective of common prosperity, we should try to raise the proportion of the middle-income group and increase the income of the low-income group.
