摘要
中共十六届五中全会审议并通过了《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划的建议》,其中“共同富裕”成为了亮点之一,在“先富”向“共富”转变这样一个特殊时期,很多人认为不应该再提“效率优先”了,“注重公平”才是头等重要的大事。然而,正是在这样一个特殊时期,坚持“效率优先”更具有不容轻视的重要意义。
The 5th session of the CPC＇s 16th National Congress examined and passed the ＂Suggestions of the CPC Central Committee to Make the llth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development＂, in which ＂common prosperity＂ turns out to be one of the new highlights. In such a special transformational period from ＂becorrfing rich earlier＂ to ＂becoming rich together＂, many people insist on abandoning the idea of ＂efficiency first＂ and attaching greatest importance to ＂fair play＂. However, in fact, in this special period, it is of great significance to stick to the principle of ＂efficiency first＂.
