摘要
本文所阐述的铸件粘砂问题,主要通过对机械粘砂机理的分析和紧实度(空隙率)的试验与研究,探讨得出关系式A+B=1,δ=y·A,B=1-δ/y。并针对其有关的影响因素,提出改善和防止铸件粘砂的一些措施。
The question of sand—penetraion of casting is expounded in this thesis. It analyses the mechanism of the sand—penetration and studies the density of packing (the rate of sand gap). The relative formulae are reached: A+B=1; δ=γ. A; B=1-δ/γ. Considering these relative influential factors, some measures for its improvement ane prevention are propbsed
