摘要
本文在试验的基础上,对铁水与涂层界面相互热作用规律,涂层抗粘砂的理论进行了分析与研究,提出厚大型铸铁件抗粘砂易剥离而又能获得平整光洁的铸件表面的浅色涂料采用“分段隔离+溶渣阻渗+应力分离”控制模式,并提出了可用于生产的浅色涂料配方及其工艺控制方法。
Light coatings for iron castings with sand adhesion resistant and casy stripping as well as smooth and finish casting surface obtained have been investigated through using control mode of section isolation. slag penetration resistant and stress separating.
