摘要
目的 了解温州市某校护士生的膳食结构和营养状况 ,并针对出现的问题提出改进措施。方法 采用 2 4小时膳食记录及称重法对温州市某医学院校 16~ 18岁护士生共计 849人进行营养调查。结果 护士生蛋白质、维生素B1 、烟酸和维生素C的摄入量均超过DRIs的 80 % ,能够满足需要 ;而热能和其他各种营养素的摄入量均不足或严重不足。优质蛋白质摄入量占蛋白质总摄入量的 63 6% ,蛋白质质量较好 ;钙、铁质量不高。护士生营养不良率为 2 1 6% ,超重率为 5 2 %。结论 为保证护士生合理营养 。
Objective To explore the dietary structure and nutrition status of students in a nursing school of Wenzhou city, and to give suggestion for the problem solving strategies. Methods By means of dietary recording and weighing method, the nutrition status of 849 nursing students aged 16~18 years old was investigated. Results The intake of protein, Vitamin B1, niacin and vitamin C were higher than Dietary Reference Intake (DRI) by 80%, but that of heat energy and other nutrients were insufficient. The protein quality was comparatively satisfactory, as the intake of high quality protein accounted for 63 6% of the total protein intake. However, the calcium and iron intake were in lower quality. The rates of malnutrition and overweight in nursing students were 21 6% and 5 2% respectively. Conclusions Nutrition education and other kinds of interventions should be strengthened to ensure nursing students appropriate nutrition intake.
