摘要
本文论述了高校图书馆专业人员的思想素质、文化素质和专业素质的基本要求以及专业人员队伍的学历、职称和专业结构特点 ,提出了高校图书馆专业人员队伍建设的思路和具体措施。
The paper expounds on the basic requirements for professionals in university library, such as professional's thought quality, culture quality and professional competence; also discusses the characteristics of professionals in university library, such as academic credentials, technical title and specialty structure; puts forward the thought and measures in the construction of professional talent team in university library. At last, the paper points out that, hardware facility and the construction of professional talent team have to be done together. This is the fundamental measure to change the irrational situation of the structure of professionals.
