针对现场井架在使用、搬迁和安装过程中产生的各式各样初始变形 ,提出了在任意初始变形下评定井架承载能力的计算方法 .该方法是对于有任意初始变形的井架杆件或井架整体 ,可以用傅里叶级数来表示任意初始变形曲线 ,或简化成一个半波的正弦曲线 ,并结合实测变形数据 ,评定井架承载能力 .计算实例表明 ,用
Aiming at various initial deformations in oilfield derricks being in use, moved or mounted, this paper presents a calculating method to evaluate the derrick loading capacity with random initial deformation. For the derrick and its components with initial deformation, this method use Fourier series or simplify the equation to a half-wave sine curve for denoting the random initial deformation curve. Moreover, we have evaluated the loading capacity of derrick respectively according to the testing deformation data, and the conclusion is that the difference between the two results is small.
