摘要
本文用“应力—应变”法、整体位移法和结构模态迁移法对修复后的WILSON井架进行了综合测试。用线性拟合的方法建立了“载荷F—应变ε”和“位移Δ—载荷F”的回归方程,并对结构动态响应经传递函数分析与结构模态识别,建立了结构模态迁移方程。本方法不仅可以对修复后的井架进行故障诊断,而且也可以对在用井架进行安全可靠性估计。
The paper deals with 'stress-strain' method, the method for the whole
displacement and structural mode movement method for testing WILSON
derrick comprehensively and the derrick was just repaired. In the paper,
a regression equation of 'load F---strain ε' and 'displacement Δ---load F'
is established. And a structural mode movement equation is established
as well. The methods may not only be used to diagnoze troubles of repa-
ired derricks but can be used for estimating the safety reliability as
well.
